In some cities, a naked man hanging through the windshield of a public bus and running down the street putting on his boxers would be shocking and horrific.
In Philadelphia, we call events like this a typical Sunday. We’re not sure why this man would be naked, or hanging through a SEPTA bus, or anything else…but we’re pretty sure that it was a couple “shortcomings” in life that led him to this bizarre series of events at Kensington and Tioga.
