Graffiti artist “Get up” is Philly’s version of Banksy, with these unique and subsequently awesome works of art that can be seen around Philadelphia.
There are several spots where the “Spraypainting Phanatic” can be found. This particular spot is where I-95 passes over Oregon Avenue where it meets Front Street (right by Tony Luke’s) in South Philly.
